About the Project
Gutab House is a local cuisine story that is easy to turn into a cliché. We took another route: hands, dough, the stove and a morning in the kitchen, keeping a little warmth and daily life in the frame instead of set dressing. The feed ended up being about people and habit rather than exoticism.
