Servise Punkt is a client based in Germany, and the work happened at a distance: agreements, materials, feedback across a screen. We were responsible for the brand's presence on social media and its conversation with the audience, keeping the tone calm and consistent. We discussed post design separately: it has to read even without knowing the language.
